Long Pass Filters (LPF)- Features
- Silicon photonics components with advanced packaging technology in terms of wire bonding, through-Silicon Via,and Fan-out packaging to shorten the electronic path, improve communication bandwidth and efficiency, and reduce signal delays.
- Silicon photonics is used to replace traditional copper optical transceivers for faster spectral signal processing with smaller module sizes, lower power consumption, and supporting higher bandwidth and faster switches.
- Silicon photonics components:Gratings, modulators, and waveguides.
- Technology node:90nm→45nm
- Wavelengths:1050nm,1080nm,1200nm,1300nm.1350nm,1450nm,and 1550nm etc.
